About Me

Maybe you’re like me—you’ve spent years working in a corporate job, feeling stuck, knowing there’s something more you want to do with your life. Since my college days, I’ve had this dream tucked away—a dream of becoming an author. But life got in the way, and I kept telling myself I’d get to it “someday.”

Then one day, I thought, Why not now? So, I dusted off an old manuscript I had typed out in college, re-worked it (again and again), and finally uploaded it to Kindle publishing. I was full of hope, imagining that my big break was right around the corner.

But then… nothing.

I’ll be honest, it was disheartening. But I wasn’t ready to give up. I reached out to a friend in marketing, and that’s when everything changed. With her help, I started promoting my book in earnest—and slowly but surely, things began to happen.

Now, I’m proud to say I’ve gone from self-published to securing a literary agent and even getting my book published by a traditional publishing company. It hasn’t been easy, but it’s been worth every moment.

This blog is where I share the lessons I’ve learned along the way. From the struggles of being a self-published author to finding ways to get noticed by traditional publishers, I’m here to pass on the tips and strategies that helped me turn my dream into a reality. I prefer to stay anonymous because I want the focus to be on my journey, not on who I am. Plus, I think many of you out there can relate—you might still be working that corporate job, balancing your responsibilities, and waiting for the right moment to chase your own dream.

I hope my journey can inspire and guide you on your own path to becoming a published author. Whether you’re just starting out or looking for ways to take your writing to the next level, I’m here to help.

Thanks for being here, and I can’t wait to see where your journey takes you!
